Wizkid has hinted that he will be releasing new music on Friday, October 12.
Wizkid will be releasing new music come Friday, October 12, 2018.
This he announced via a post on his Twitter page [@wizkidayo] on Tuesday, October 9, which had the caption, ”Friday!! New stew.” For those who follow Wizkid on his social media pages, ‘stew’ is a word he uses interchangeably in place of songs or music.
Wizkid was expected to release his fourth studio project, ”Made In Lagos” this October, but his fans have been made a little longer, while he issues new singles before the album drops.
Wizkid’s new single ‘Fever’ has all the makings of a hit record
Wizkid released his new single, ‘Fever’ in the early hours of Monday, October 1st, tieing the release with the celebration of the nation’s 58th independence anniversary, and the song is already taking the shape of an immediate banger.
The singer and songwriter is working his way to dominating the charts and clubs by the end of the year just as he tactfully achieved with the release of ‘Manya’ late in 2017.
With his project, ”Made in Lagos” reportedly due before the end of the year, Wizkid dropped two singles in ‘Fever’ and ‘Master Groove’ as the first indicators on what to expect, and the reception to one of the songs points that another major hit has been recorded.
